Phillip Carter and SOV Ministries

Phillip Carter is a nationally known Artist, Musician, Clinician, and Songwriter. He is the Minister of Music of the Mt. Ephraim Baptist Church in Upper Marlboro, MD and on the ministerial staff at Breath of Life Ministries in Laurel, MD.

Phillip also owns and operates PhilCo Studios and is the host of Real Talk with Phillip Carter on www.SpiritCo1.com.

Sounds of Victory Ministries was organized in 1997 by Phillip Carter and features several of the most gifted and anointed musicians and vocalists from the Washington Metropolitan area.

Over the past six years they have ministered extensively throughout the United States and have recorded four CD projects.

Their latest release "Songs from the Storm" is the best to date as it both touches and ministers to the souls of the saved and unsaved alike.
