Our store acts as a retail distributor of your music, in downloadable format, and not as a licensee. We hold NO RIGHTS to your recordings or compositions. You keep all the rights to your music and are welcome to do exactly what you like with it at any time. CJB Radio does not pay royalties to songwriters, publishers or performers.

Please read and accept the License Agreement to confirm:

• that you are the songwriter and owner of the music
• that if you secure a record deal, the record company does not request any back pay for the times we have broadcast or distributed your music
• that we cannot be held responsible for any illegal sampling
• that you give us permission to promote and sell your music (this includes using your image and/or music in our commercials, radio shows, and promotional campaigns)

All payments are made through Paypal. So make sure that you can be paid through PayPal. Not all countries qualify, so check before you sign up that your country qualifies for the PayPal system.

You are not signing away any ownership of the music, or any rights to money made through sales of the music on this site. If you have any further questions do not hesitate to email us with "Agreement" in your subject line.
